Object of this research is to compare and analysis ribbon exercise of excellent international gymnasts and that of domestic gymnasts with floor area, playing time, content of composition difficulties centering around 98 France Corbeil International Tournament and Bangkok Asian Game. I analyzed process of play of eight international gymnasts and two domestic gymnasts using VTR according to scoring rule of FIG. To compare number of level of difficulties, I used percentage of each difficulty. As a result, direction time of each gymnast was 8.8 times on average. Average time of international gymnasts was 9.38 that is 2.88 times more than that of domestic gymnasts, which is 6.6 times. Total playing time is 86.3 seconds on average and that of domestic gymnasts was 88 seconds on average. It is 2.12 seconds longer than that of international gymnasts who played for 85.88 seconds on average. In composition of exercise case, independent B and body actions composed of the first half and more and more difficult techniques appeared in the latter half of play. Excellent international gymnast used difficulty B 68.5%, C 8.1% and D 23.4% on average. But domestic representative gymnast used difficulty B 64%, C 8% and D 28% on average. And excellent international gymnast made mistake 0.3 times on average and domestic representative gymnast made mistake 1.5 times on average. I analyzed play composition of excellent international gymnasts and that of domestic representative gymnasts to provide information needed for improvement of techniques and teaching in difficulties.
