This study analyzes about how much influences of television sports programs change the awareness of physical exercise participants of popular golf, baseball, and soccer after watching the sports program, and presents important data for popularization of physical exercise by analyzing change of awareness after watching television sports programs. To verify the influence of watching television sports programs, this study examines about general characteristic, motive about watching television sports programs, change of realization of golf, baseball, and soccer exercise participants by factor analysis, reliability, and validity. The result of this study is same as following. First, in the case of the characteristic of demography about the physical exercise participants` motive of watching television sports programs, the middle-income group watches television sports programs more then any other income groups, the group that has player experience is appeared high in sports information interchange, the baseball group also displays as the most active group in exchanging the information, and the soccer group makes use of their spare moments the most. Second, in the case of the characteristic of demography about the physical exercise participants` the frequency of watching television sports programs, middle-income group watches more television sports programs such as weekdays, and weekend television professional sports programs then higher income group. Group that has player experience is appeared high frequency in watching weekdays and weekend professional sports TV programs. Baseball group and soccer group show that they watch more frequently about television sports programs. Third, it is examined that the awareness changes influence on attachment and changing information in definitive, cognitive, and psychological areas, but dose not influence leisure activity at all. Forth, in the case of awareness changes about sports according to professional sports watching, the group of watching more then 2 hours about weekday sports programs appears high in changing awareness in definitive area, difference between groups dose not appear in cognitive area, 30 minutes watching group high in changing awareness in psychological area. The group that watches a lot of weekends sports TV programs also show high in definitive, cognitive, and psychological areas, and the groups that watches over 30 minutes of weekday sports TV programs shows high in definitive, and psychological areas. The group that watches more than one time displays high in definitive, cognitive, and psychological areas about frequency of watching. wen synthesize these results, watching of professional sports TV programs influences attachment itself and information interchange about sports and it is considered that if watch a lot of professional sports TV programs, it can change the realization about sports so that influence positively to participate in sports activity.
