The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among career commitment, occupational commitment, organizational commitment and the psychological ownership and job performance of sports facility Employee. Through judgment sampling method, selected 432 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from employee at a public and commercial sports facility. With the collected data, t-test and hierarchical regression analysis were performed by SPSSWIN Ver 14.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, commercial sports facility employee showed lower of career commitment and organizational commitment than that of public sports facility employee, but did not show significant difference in the occupational commitment. Moreover, commercial sports facility employee showed lower of psychological ownership and job performance than that of public sports facility employee. Second, the career commitment, occupational commitment, and organizational commitment impacts positively(+) influence on psychological ownership of sports facility employee. Third, the commitment and organizational commitment impacts positively(+) influence on job performance of sports facility employee.
