The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sports participation on acculturation stress, social adaption of migrant labor in Korea. For this study purposive sampling are used and selected 400 migrant laborers from the Basket Club that is organized by the "Counseling Centre for Asian Migrant Workers" and the migrant workers from the "Counseling Centre for Migrant Workers" in D si Jgu and the "Counseling Centre for Workers" in K do Ksi. We used frequency analysis, t-test, multiple regression analysis. The results was as follows. First, it shows that there is a slight gap between the participants and non-participants for their acculturative stress. The participants have less feelings of hate, homesickness, sense of guilt, culture shock, discrimination, and fear than non participants. It also shows there is a gap between the participants and non participants for social adaption. Participants are doing more activities and feeling a sense of belonging than non participants. Secondly, the frequency of the sports activity influences their homesickness, culture shock, and discrimination. the frequency of the sports activity influences social activity and the sense of belonging to their social.
