The purpose of this study is to understand on Korean Basketball League referee`s in-depth experience of wrong judgement. We need to approach subjective viewpoint in order to discover what are the referees` internal conscious and ethical conflicts. So this research methodology used the individual interview and focus group interview. Participants in this study were 6 referees with more than 5 years of work experience, who belong to Korean Basketball League and Women`s Korean Basketball League. According to the results of analyzing the questions above, it was possible to conclude the followings. First, they perceived that the factors generated wrong judgments are ``the burden of physical energy``, ``perceptual and sensuous error.`` Second, their psychological conflict caused by wrong judgments are ``effort, disappointing and no progress``, ``compensation and connivance``, ``mistrust and innocence`` In conclusion, the trend of mutual distrust about referee is prevalent in korea basketball. Most say that public` s deep seated distrust from because of that they lost his authority as low qualification, frequent wrong judgement. But most of all, the cultual climate of KBL that athletes or team leaders ignore referee`s ability humanly. So, now we should respect for referee`s judgment, authority and understand referee`s predicament. that will we knows what sport is about.
