In the meantime, there were reported that research results for academic area of sport for all etc at the academic conferences to establish academic identity of athletics of public several times, but there was few research for theorization by focusing the field that makes to the field of athletics of public more intensively. In this research, it was defined that elite sport as our traditional sports with a theme of methods of theoretical approach for sport for all (athletics of public) and it was attempted to establish the frame to theorization by focusing the field of athletics of public by considering characteristics of athletics of public which shows different characteristics with this. According to this, in individual point of view, the contents for the procedures of sports socialization of sports beginner becomes major concern, and in organized point of view, the sports systematic and organized changes that can accept changes to athletics of public becomes major concern, and in socio-cultural point of view, the social functions and role changes of sports becomes major concern. In conclusion, the theoretical knowledge by focusing the field of athletics of public becomes formed from the field, and the theory formed in that way can contribute to the vitalization of the field.
