Golf is a very demanding physical game, not only in terms of precision and complexity of the golf swing movement, but also in terms of creating explosive power, concentration through a wide range of motion. The purpose of this study was to investigate stress index(lactate, ammonia, and cortisol hormone) and concentration power during four days of the golf round. Eight no handicap collegiate pro golfers from G University were participated in four days of the golf round. Prior to each round, the blood samples at rest were taken to measure the level of lactate, blood glucose, ammonia, FFA and cortisol hormone and then concentration power tests were taken during this period. The results are as follows: The lactate(p<.05) and ammonia(p<.01), blood concentration cortisol(p<.01) were gradually increased with significance during the four days of the golf round. And concentration was significantly reduced 3rd and 4th round(p<.01) than 1st and 2nd. round. As a consequence, four days of the golf round not only stress index increased, but also weakened concentrations power, which evidently indicated that the training for developing the anti fatigue as well as for concentration power are especially necessary to maintain the optimal level of performance.
