The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of participation satisfaction at sport activity on the fostering of community spirit and social adjustment in college life. Furthermore, this study is intended to investigate the effects of participation satisfaction at sport activity on the whole college life and its relationship with social adjustment through community spirit in college life and provide basic materials. As a result, first, there was difference in community spirit and social adjustment according to demographic characteristics and participation degrees in sport activity participants. Second, a significant difference was found in all factors but physical satisfaction which is a sub-factor of community spirit in college life according to participation satisfaction at sport activity. Finally, personal relations which are a sub-factor of social adjustment in college life showed a significant difference in all factors according to participation satisfaction at sport activity and adjustment showed a significant difference in all factors but physical satisfaction.
