The purpose of this study was to analyze the biomechanical variables of in-step shooting motion by supporting foot`s distance in soccer. The subjects who were 4 inst ruct`s in soccer and filmed and measured by using MX13 Camera(250Hz, 7camera) of vicon motion system and force plate analyze(ATMI). In case of distance between supporting foot and ball is 20 cm, the 1 phase was quick shooting given owing to its short performance with 0.11±0.01 sec, while the 2 phase gave more power to ball owing to its longest time of performance with 0.217±0.11 sec. In case of distance between supporting foot and ball is 20 cm, the X axis was minimized the distribution of power by small movement with the 1 phase and 2 phase, while Y axis gave the most movement of COM given with the 1 phase and 2 phase, and Z axis also gave the most movement like Y axis given with the 1 phase and 2 phase. The posture of knee and ankle was in 25 cm from the supporting foot, the range of motion with flection and extension was applied biggest. Next was in 15 cm, while knee angle of ankle in 20 cm on step, the range of motion with flexion and extension was less given. Excluding the impact point in 15 cm, the right knee angular velocity was faster as t he parallel distance between the supporting foot and ball was longer, which become gradually faster from the event 1 and event 2, and drastically reduced in event 3. The maximum value of vertical GRF was appeared after 0 .003 sec in the point of foot on step touch the ground, and the vertical GRF was the highest of the maximum value of vertical GRF and of the impact point in the distance of 25 cm from supporting foot and ball.
