This study is to analyze the factors of enjoyment and anxiety that can be felt during the snowboard of liberalarts focusing class in a university. For this purpose, the puropseful sampling method was used to select 29undergraduate students who had consistently involved in the snowboard liberal arts focusing class over twosemesters in the K University located in C-do. A meeting was conducted with them in order to investigate theenjoyment and anxiety of the snowboard liberal arts. As a restu, lthis study has earned the following conclusions. First, the enjoyment of snowboard liberal arts has a total of 4factors ``physical satisfaction, ``social relationships``, ``escape from daily life``, and ``satisfaction on learnin genvironment``. Thus, in order to increase the e-njoyment of snowboard liberal arts the efforts to teach the snowboard techniques and conduction of learningfactors to increase social and psychological satisfaction should be performed, and in addition, the physical andenvironmental improvement should be carried out. Second, a total of 4 factors of the anxiety in snowboard liberl aarts are ``physical limitation``, ``psychologica lburden``, ``disharmony in a group life``, and ``dissatisfaction on learning environment``. Thus, to reduce the anxietyof snowboard liberal arts the differentiated education for individual student`s ability should be proceeded, anda program that can be assimilated in a group life should be developed. To sum it up, if we focus on the enjoyment and anxiety to incraese the educational effectiveness in thesnowboard liberal arts focusing class in a university, the social and cultural factors that are affecting participantsof the snowboard liberal arts focusing class should be considered as well as the enhancements of snowboard.
