The purpose of this study is to investigate the effective evaluation factors for adapted physical activity program and provide basic data for effective preparation of adapted physical activity through priority of the relative importance factors. To accomplish this, 10 experts who has been attending adapted physical activity program more than three years were selected. Data were collected by depth interview method. Collected data were categorized by fundamental factors through inductive content analysis which is part of qualitative research, and result in definitive evaluation factors. Resulted evaluation factors were conducted through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method to select the priority by 12 people who are in adapted physical activity field or academic field. The results are as followed; effective evaluation factors were elicited 8 factors and 37 sub-factors such as director`s professionalism and attitude, operating IEP, adaptation and application of diagnosis and assessment, structure the teaching environment, budget, education for operator, education and counseling for guardian, advertise the community agencies. Result from importance between effective evaluations factors were director`s professionalism 31.9%, operating IEP 16.5%, adaptation and application of diagnosis and assessment 14.2%, create the teaching environment 12.9%, budget 9.4%, education for operator 6.5%, education and counseling for guardian 5.0% and advertise the community agencies 3.6%. In addition, results from weighted state of effective evaluation factor for adapted physical activity, physical education teaching experience is the most importance factor which has 9.6% weighting, and preventive education for sexual abuse and sexual violence is the least importance factor which has 0.5% weighting.
