In this study, the best scuba diving resort management models and strategies aimed at regional development and economic feasibility analysis was performed. Economic analysis of the domestic 25 scuba diving resorts were operating leverage survey results. In general, economic analysis was needed to estimate the costs and benefits of several different scenarios: the number of cases examined. Analytical methods benefit / cost ratio (BCR), net present value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) through a comparison of the best business model was derived. Scuba diving resorts economic analysis in the form of the first type a service-oriented resort was a high 0.89 level, with two visitors in a pessimistic analysis of BCR, and the average visitor levels 1.48, 2.70 optimistic visitor levels were analyzed as having an economic feasibility. According to the change in the average discount rate sensitivity analysis, discount rate changes at the level of visitors from 3.5 to 7.5% by 11.6, under all the economy under a variety of situations that were analyzed in the economy. The second type is a highly affordable scuba diving services and accommodations and restaurants were equipped resort in the form. 0.66 level, two visitors to a pessimistic analysis of the BCR, and average level of 1.11 for visitors, visitor levels of optimism that the economy was analyzed as 2.01.According to the change in the average discount rate sensitivity analysis, discount rate changes at the level of visitors from 3.5 to 6.5% showed that under the economy. The third type is a scuba diving service facilities, accommodations, restaurants facilities, training pool, seminar rooms with facilities such as resort in the form of scaled economy showed the lowest. 0.61 level, two visitors to a pessimistic analysis of the BCR, and the average visitor levels 1.06, 1.93 optimistic visitor levels were analyzed. According to the change in the average discount rate sensitivity analysis, discount rate changes at the level of visitors from 3.5 to 5.5% showed that under the economy. As a result, the visitors level, and an optimistic scenario, the average level of all kinds of visitors, but it`s economic analysis and sensitivity analysis in the BCR is a relatively stable economic collateral types in the form of scuba diving service-oriented resort that was shown.
