This study aims to examine the structural relationships of physical activity level(PAL) on health-related quality of life(HRQoL), life satisfaction(LS) and quality of life. A total of 584 college students(male 358, female 226, mean age 21.14) from 6 universities in 5 cites were answered IPAQ, HRQoL, SWLS and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire. The data was analysed by Spearman correlation, Pearson’s correlation, Kruskal-Wallis Test, one-way ANOVA and structural equation modeling (SEM). There was no significant relationship between PAL and HRQoL. LS and quality of life were higher in high PAL group compare to moderate or low PAL group. PAL directly influenced on LS and quality of life, and it had indirect influence on quality of life through LS.
