This study uesd employing disabled people panel data of 5 years(2009-2013) established by KEAD(Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled) in order to investigate employment determining factor of people with acquired disabilities. Main results are as follow; First, the general and disability attributes - male, young, married, having certificate for employment, no national basic livelihood security system, earlier onset of disability, disturbance of sense, mild level of disability- positively influenced employment of people with acquired disabilities. Second, the psychosocial attributes - good health, higher disability acceptance and self-esteem, less discrimination experience of obtaining jobs, no need of others" help - positively influenced it. Third, critical factors, later life preparation, intent resigning from national basic livelihood security system and subjective socioeconomic status(SES), influencing employment of people with acquired disabilities have somewhat increased for 5 years. The policies and practices for enhancing employment of people with acquired disabilities were suggested. The limit and future tasks of this study were discussed.
