This study was aimed to evaluate the assistive technology service provided by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled(KEAD). There are 6 indicators including relevance, equity, efficiency, effectiveness, utility, sustainability in the evaluation system. The methodologies used in the study were literature overview, empirical methods(propensity score matching) and survey targeting employee with disabilities and employer.
Evaluation results showed that most of the indicators were good except service delivery process and support system. Especially, for job retention and employment promotion related to the effectiveness, assistive technology service participant were higher than non participant. Finally, policy suggestions based on the results of this study was presented.
