This study is analysing a broad range of the MBA Internship Programs cases focusing on the project in Korea. Korean type MBA programs are offered by 13 graduate schools and each university has been operating specialized curriculums for years. Basic purpose of the MBA Internship Programs are applying class learning to business practice but the original intent of the program is not working effectively in fact due to the lack of realistic constraints and systematic incompleteness. This study suggests the actual solutions for the problems the MBA Internship Programs have by analysing the cases of the MBA program candidates of A university graduate school concretely. This research result implies several points as it follows:At first, the result offers a real format for MBA Internship Program that enables class learning to be applied to business practice. Secondly, the result suggests the practical way how to operate MBA Internship Program in Korean graduate school. Thirdly, it is expected that the research result arouses concerns of students and business firms through indicating the practical system of Internship Program that has been operated conventionally.
