The investigation of trivalent chromium plating is carried with sulfate system and DSA anode. The composition of trivalent chromium plating solution is simple, current efficiency is high, electrodeposited rate is about 2μm/ min, temperature range is 15℃～45℃, the thickness of plating coating is about 80μm. The thickness and structure was measured with X ray thickness tester and diffraction instrument.
