The study was to examine the structural Relationship among golf Course employees’s the job embeddedness, job burnout, and remaining in organization. For this purpose, data were drawn from 458 employees working at ten membership golf Courses in Gangwondo. As the statistical method for this research, the SPSS 17.0 version and AMOS 7.0 version statistical program were used frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation relative analysis and structure equation model analysis in these date. Result of the analysis are as follows. First, golf course employees’s ob embeddedness was found to have significant influence on job burnout. Second, golf course employees’s job embeddendness was found to have significant influence on remaining in organization. Third, golf course employees’s job burnout was found to have significant influence on remaining in organization.
