본 연구는 급변하는 환경 속에 사춘기 청소년의 의복과 교복 태도에도 많은 변화가 따르므로, 최근 고등학생의 의복과 교복 태도에 대한 연구의 필요성이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 의복태도와 교복착용에 대한 태도를 분석하여, 고등학생의 의복 및 교복착용 태도에 대한 기본 정보 외에 의복 및 교복의 디자인과 제작에 반영될 수 있도록 한다. 연구는 경남소재 고등학생 762명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 통계 분석은 SPSS for Window 14.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중응답분석, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan 사후 검정 분석 방법을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 고등학생의 의복태도는 정숙성, 동조성, 심미성, 개성, 관리성, 경제성의 6개 요인으로 도출되었다. 교복착용에 대한 요인분석 결과는 활동성, 안정성, 실용성의 3개 요인이 도출되었다. 고등학생의 의복태도 및 교복착용 태도에 따른 인구통계적 특성의 차이를 검증한 결과, 정숙성에서는 성별, 학교계열, 학교형태, 학년, 한 달 용돈에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 동조성에서는 성별에서만 유의한 차이를 보였다. 심미성에서는 성별, 가계월평균소득, 한 달 용돈에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었고, 개성에서는 학교형태, 한 달 용돈에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 관리성에서는 가계월평균소득, 학년에서 유의차가 있었고, 경제성에서는 학교계열, 가계 평균소득, 학교형태에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 고등학생의 교복착용 인식에 따른 인구통계학적 특성 차이에서는, 활동성에서는 학교계열, 학교형태, 학년에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 안정성의 경우 성별에서만 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 실용성에서는 학교계열, 성적, 학교형태에서 유의한 차이를 보였다.
As adolescents` attitude toward clothing and school uniform is varied a lot under rapidly-changing environment, there is a need of this study to investigate recent high school students` attitude toward clothing and school uniform. This study aims to provide preliminary data on high school students` attitude toward wearing of clothing and school uniform and be reflected in the design and manufacturing of clothing and school uniform by analyzing high school students` attitude toward wearing of clothing and school uniform. This study conducted a survey targeting 762 high school students in Gyeongnam. For statistical analysis, SPSS for Window 14.0 was used for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiful response analysis, t-test, cluster analysis, ANOVA analysis and Duncan`s ex-post analysis method was also used. High school students` attitude toward was classified into six sub-factors of modesty, conformity, aesthetic appreciation, individuality, management and economic feasibility, and three factors in respect of attitude toward school uniform were deducted as a result of factor analysis in order of activity, stability, and practicality. Verification on demographic features according to high school students` attitude toward clothing and school uniform revealed that attitude showed significant differences according to gender, specialized school, school type, grade and amount of monthly pocket money with respect to modesty. And conformity showed significant difference was found in gender. With respect to aesthetic appreciation significant difference was found in gender, average monthly wage, and amount of monthly pocket money. As for individuality, significant difference was found in school type, and amount of monthly pocket money. As for management, significant difference was found in average monthly wage, and grade. As for economic feasibility, significant difference was found in specialized school, average monthly wage, and school type. With respect to difference in demographic features according to high school students` attitude toward school uniform, activity showed significant difference in specialized school, school type, grade. Stability showed significant difference in academic record. Practicality showed significant difference in specialized school, academic record, school type.
