The aim of this paper is to investigate the declinational differences for conjunctive, embedded and inverted sentences. In the previous studies of declination reported that a declination reset occurs at the clause boundary. But these studies were based on only for coordinate-conjunctive sentences. So in the present study we examined that a declination reset always happens at the clause boundary for these 3 patterns of sentences. As a result a declination reset didn`t happen at all boundaries of clauses. An aspect of declination reset depends on the pattern of sentences. In conjunctive sentences, a declination reset tends to occur at a boundary of clauses, but the declination reset of subordinate-conjunctive sentences less likely occurs than coordinate-conjunctive sentences. In embedded sentences, a declination reset tends to occur not at a boundary of clauses but at a boundary of constituents according to the length of the constituents. Finally in inverted sentences, a declination reset didn`t occur when the length of utterance is short, but a declination reset occurs at a boundary between a clause and a phrase when the length of utterance is getting longer. So we concluded that a declination reset occurs at a boundary of syntactic unit, but the declination reset is influenced by a semantic relation and a length for that syntactic units.
