This study marine leisure activities for seven years in the last five years Based on the statistical data on accidents to determine the cause and the issue of safety of light to a proposal for a safety management and safety measures and for this purpose, this study may be very timely, especially the purpose of the consultation was to provide the basis for the marine leisure accidents. Safety measures for the primary data and secondary data classification and analysis and marine leisure activities derived from the discussion presented an analysis of the safety factors and separated by administrative proposals, educational offer, the infrastructure proposals be concluded as follows:
The possible control of the safety factor safety factor proposed in accordance with the safety of human, administrative, transportation and environmental, factors and control ship was classified as a non-natural factors. Controlled safe as possible factors Education (water safety education professional safety sailing education, life-saving skills training) and advanced maintenance systems (facilities, personnel, technology infrastructure side) to enhance and technology in the natural factors are uncontrollable, explain, predict It could prevent accidents in advance through the weather information system that can secure a table development considering the maritime situation. Also we need to build an infrastructure that can structure and conformation (marine, sea, undersea) amazing structure that can be jointly developed a system that will have to be made is.
The first administrative proposal, the second educational proposals, and the third, and the infrastructure limitation, the above will be able to build the foundation for a safe marine leisure activities are three proposals, it is best legal and institutional regulatory non-marine leisure activity participants on safety. It will have an awareness of safety at all times based on the assumption that a safe maritime activities.
