This study conducted a survey for 100 soccer club members for lifetime sports of Inchon and Gyeonggi district, as part of the attempt to inquire injury types and precautions between them and to offer basic data for their injury prevention and treatment. The results are as following. First, for injury cause, the highest level of injury by the foul play and severe body battle with counterparts were noticed. They consented that play should be performed for not only seeking a game in level of friendship and health promotion, but also controling severe body battle and foulplay in preventing injury that is likely to happen in the middle of playing a game. Second, for injury frequency, it showed that this is happening with very low level, if it takes a long time in warming up before the game. Warming up improves body flexibility to help joints movable range and adaptability to the game increase, and to help ones own condition check, resulting in play a role that prevents injury. Lastly, for injury type, it showed that DF, FW and MF largely got pain by tackle and heading. GK players got pain by heading. The results demonstrated that it was imperative to wear protective devices and at the same time to particularly pay attention to the game for frequently being-experienced injury prevention.
