The Korean Independence Movement had derived the support from Kuomintang Governmentfrom beginning to end. Kuomintang Government played a unique and important role in building up the alliance between Korean anti-Japanese armed forces in China against Japan. Due to the backing of Kuomintang Government, two main Korean anti-Japanese forces in China—Korean Recovery Army and Korean Volunteer Militia—eventually achieved unification by the latter merging into the former，and struggled together against Japanese invasion. Kuomintang Government’s support and cooperation for the Korean Independence Movement wrote a historical chapter of Chinese and Korean people joining hands to fight in the Anti-Japanese War.
