According to increasing demands for improving residential environment and housing welfare throughout society, a variety of community facilities are being supplied in public rental apartment for ways to raise community awareness of the residents and improve housing welfare environment. Without sufficient consideration for characteristics of the residents and developing community program with management systema, however, several problems are pointed out due to the supply being made based on housing construction standards in the majority of cases. The purpose of this study is to povide basic data to be useful for planning to community facility and management system in public rental housing through analysis of the status of the community facility and operation in 10-year public rental apartments. For the method of this study, 4 cases of 10-year public rental apartments in Pangyo was selected and community facilities and management was figured out through the site visit, data collection, floor-plans and photography. Also in-depth interviews conducted to administration manger. Main contents of this study are as follows; 1) Architectural overview and neighborhood environment are investigated. 2) The community facilities, operational status, and other community organization are identified. 3) It is to identify problems through the analysis of the overall status of community facilities divided into operating body, operating organization, operating status, operating business.
