We have been studied for long-life housing for the establishment of housing policy in Korea. For this reason, the case of Japan, which promotes research and policy advanced long-life housing, you will be able to get the policy implications for Korea.
The purpose of this study is to obtain suggestions point to understand contents of the technology and policy on the long-life housing in Japan. We analyzed the flow of technology and policy from CHS to long-term quality housing. As a result, I got the following conclusions.
First, long-life housing technology in Japan was established in CHS. Second, SI housing has been expanded in the direction of improvement of the legal system for dissemination based on its technology of CHS. Third, in long-term quality housing, by reform the tax system and develop a distribution of housing, spread and establishment of long-life housing have been made.
