The housing is not mean to just satisfy and it is going to improving quality through a variety of residentail services, resident"s needs in 21st century. So the housing management is changing from hardware side to software side to meet resident"s needs. But, Korea"s housing management still is more focused on the maintenace management and operational management which is directly related to apartment"s finance. And the community life management not stand out in the management of apartment houses. In order to improve the quality of life of the residents of an apartment house, the management of apartment house should be considered defect management of apartment in addition to the plan of facilities and management.
