Outcomes at the product development phase can be registered and managed as unstructured data format such as documentation, drawings, emails etc.
Except for the information which are formally authorized and uploaded into the as well defined system, still very much authorized engineering information remains as unstructured data and they are securely stored in the system’s repository.
This project introduces the procedures of structuring contextual data from unstructured data as well as the methods how contextual data created from unstructured data can be more effectively used for product manufacturing.
Currently, the methods suggested in this document have not been applied in company actual works. However, this project was motivated to find the most appropriate and effective methods that can be applied in general industries and to suggest a realistic, performable, and sharable solution.
