By the time of Tang, the poetry has been equipped with all formats and the poetry of Tang reaches its peak in the history of the poetry. It is mainly attributed to the outstanding literary achievements of poets such as Li Bai and Tu-Fu.
The Study is aimed to compare the evaluations of the Tu-Fu Poetry expressed in the “Zhifengleishuo” by Yi Su-gwang of Joseon (Korea) with the “OubeiShihua” by Zao-Yi of Qing (China). This paper introduces the comparative evaluation focusing on the Tu-Fu ’poetry. First, it shows the detail evaluation expressed in the both books (ShiHua) through too aspects; 1) character style 2) composition poetry. Secondly, it shows the evaluations on Tu-Fu’s life by both by Yi Su-gwang of Joseon (Korea) and by Zao-Yi of Qing (China) respectively in the aspects 1) Poet’s Poor life 2) Poet and related anecdotes.
The book of “Zhifengleishuo” is a kind of encyclopedia and the “OubeiShihua” is a literary criticism. So their descriptions on Tu-Fu’s poetry are different, but they reveal his poetry on their own way in very various aspects in detail.
