Objective: The existing cooling system cannot satisfied the human thermal need as compared to the natural breeze in country side where located near mountains and river side. Why don"t we feel comfortable? This difference can be described by the 1/f fluctuation characteristics of natural breeze. The Natural breeze fluctuates all the time in all directions and we cannot recognize its behaviors. The aim of this study is to the 1/f fluctuation characteristics of Natural breeze will be analyzed through Chaotic(PSD, State space, Correlation dimension etc.) analyzing methods and will be compared to the mechanical wind. Additionally this research has tried to grasp the Acoustic psychological character of natural breeze sounds. In this study, the field measurement for natural breeze which accomplished in summer period will be reported. Moreover the characteristics of mechanical wind will be analyzed through laboratory experiment. As the result of research, the characteristic of Natural breeze and Mechanical Wind will be described. Application: The results of this study can make algorithm for comfort environment using artificial air conditioning systems through mechanical wind.
