Heat Shield components is an important feature of heat shield and heat dissipation characteristics. Refers to a heat shield property to block the radiation of heat generated refers to export the generated thermal properties. Polymer which is used as insulating material consists of a high 98% of the nano-sized bubbles are extremely lightweight insulation performance excel, as well as the strength of the total volume, the sound-proof and shock-resistant insulation superior performance as the best material. In this study, the construction is excellent, combining well with other ingredients and organic Polymer were used as excellent mechanical properties, were fabricated aluminum sandwich composite for automotive sheet Heat Shield. This in order to determine the suitability of a plate material for automobiles Heat Shield by identifying the heat dissipation and noise measurements of the produced plate member is the purpose of the present study.
