This study is based on programs executed by multicultural family support center and tried to establish analytical tools for service integration. From the survey, the integration of multicultural family support program was still in between of formal and informal. furthermore, it show a meaningful result from overall service integration between two different types of centers. Based on the result above, policy suggestions as follow. First, programs should be developed and supported based on the needs of each multicultural family. Programs are most effective when they are integrated. Second, increase the efficiency of multicultural family support programs through reinforcing functions of Multicultural Family Policy Commission. Third, while integrating two types of center, considering the results of center evaluation in aspect of performance management is needed. Fourth, integration should be decisive and comprehensive to fulfil the needs of multicultural family. Fifth, the service should be improved to reach out dead end area. Lastly, multicultural family support policy needs to cover various range of human services as employment, education and medical support in order to improve support services.
