Organic material measurement is BOD, COD, TOC analysis method etc. from water. But TOC measurement method is situation that there is no method of exam in present our country. However, TOC measurement method is trend that advanced nation is using into organic matter valuation data and is real condition that is studying in national environmental science institute. Wished to examine correlation between these measurement methods and supply data that need in TOC standard establishment. Analysis target measured Youngsan river main course 6 points and main most base 9 points, total 15 points for 12 months. Because Youngsan river seasonal phenomenon of rainfall is serious, divided analysis time by before rain season, rain season after rain season. BOD about TOC of average correlation ship of organic material measurement is R=0.72, COD about TOC is R=0.78, COD about BOD appeared by R=0.83. Average correlation ratio appeared by BOC/TOC=1, COD/TOC=1.91, COD/BOD=2.11. Correlation ship was very high as result that analyze correlation ship of organic material measurement in Youngsan river streams, and seasonal difference was not important. Therefore, we are considered to use TOC by quantitative measure of BOD, COD in streams.
