The present research had an object in investigating instructor capability maximizing athletic performance of adolescent taekwondo palyer as studying influencing relationship team atmosphere and athletic performance of coaching characteristics of Taekwondo instructor.
In order to achieve this research purpose, this set the population of man and woman middle and high school taekwondo player in domestic, and analyzed result 306 effective samples as convenient sampling with Seoul and Gyeonggi team as the center.
The research tool used questionnaire measuring coaching characteristics, team atmosphere, and athletic performance. Each tools used this research suitably evaluated and revised and gained reliability and validity on a basis of preceding research. The data processing method used IBM SPSS Statistics 22, and carried out Descriptive Statistic Analysis, independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The conclusion of the present research analyzing relations team atmosphere and athletic performance of instructor coaching characteristics realized by middle and high school taekwondo player was as in the following, through this procedures.
First, coaching and team atmosphere characteristic of Taekwondo leader is related.
Second, the one who chose Kwon"s coaching and athletic performance characteristics are related.
Third, Taekwondo team atmosphere and is related to athletic performance.
