The purpose of this paper is to analysis on the effect of school-life Adjustment to multi-cultural adolescent’s school satisfaction. The Survey polled the 100 the immigrant women in North Jeolla Province, 97 of which replied. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis by a statistical package, SPSS for windows(release 18.0) were used to analyze each variable.
In this paper, Independent variables were categorized into three groups of school-life adjustment: friend-related, teacher-related, school life- related. Dependent variable was one factor(school satisfaction). and Control variables such as age, economic level, length of residence were socio-demographic characteristics of multi-cultural adolescent.
The followings are the results of statistical analyses. First, this study found a high correlation ‘friend-related’, ‘teacher -related’, ‘school life-related’ and ‘school satisfaction’. Second, An important factor that could affect multi-cultural adolescent’s school satisfaction is ‘friend-related’, then there are ‘school life-related’ and ‘teacher- related’. Third, socio-demographic characteristics such as age, economic level, length of residence did not affect significant ‘school satisfaction’.
