This Study grasps the change of each age intended, for adult women from twenty to fifty-nine, by classifying body types according to standard items for classification body types. SAS(Statistical Analysis System) is used for figures management and methods for analysis used are Frequency Analysis, Means Analysis, Analysis of Variance, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis Discriminant Analysis, etc. Results ire as follows. 1. In the result of factor analysis, 6 factors were extracted (horizontal sizes of the upper parts & silhouette of the lower parts, the place of the breast, horizontal size of the lower parts, position and the waist front and back depth, neck thickness & chest projection & chest size & silhouette of the upper parts, the size of abdomen) from exponent size of the antropometric measurements. 2. The body types are classified into six types by cluster analysis in the result of analysis of measurement sizes and exponent size for clearing characteristics and differences of the types classified, in the first type has big height, thin and long upper parts of the body, high breast, flat abdomen, and small hip. The third type is tall and thin, has very thin body, but hip so narrow silhouette. The fourth is small and has average agree of fatness, thick neck, thick waist front depth, drooping breast. The fifth type has average height, a lot of fat and fiat waist, the degree of fatness in lower parts is bigger than in the upper parts of the body, and waist front length is bigger than waist hack length, so waist back thickness is thicker or has the characteristic of fatness type but in some extent. The sixth type is the smallest among all types and fat, and has thick neck, and the degree of fatness of both upper and lower parts is big and most dropping breast. 3. In the result of discriminant analysis to discriminate individual body types with the classified six items, the items which has high ability of discriminant are hip circumference / back length hip circumference / waist circumference. Individual body type can be discriminated by getting classification function with the three items.
