In dynamic market places, a company’s supply network should be flexible and reconfigurable in order to capture the changed market environments and adapt itself to the changes. In this paper, a reconfigurable supply network model is proposed. In the proposed model, each business actor is defined as a network node and each node has its own goal. A node coordinates its goal to cope with the changes of market environments and collaborates with other nodes to achieve its own goal. According to the coordination and collaboration results, the supply network structure is reconfigured dynamically. A procedure of coordination and collaboration is explained with an exemplary scenario. Through a simulation model, the proposed supply network model is compared with conventional supply network models, and the simulation results are evaluated with some criteria such as profit and lead time.
