This work, Based on the Smart Phone, the electrical signals of the ECG‘s Lorenz Plot(LP) are replaced by the PPG photoelectric signal collection method. In the LP analysis, at the same time proposed a disease automatic identification and analysis methods.
LP algorithm is implemented with JAVA in Android system, X and Y coordinate maximum are 2400MS (maximum range to prevent data leakage), use smart phone camera (PPG method) to confirm the normal display of LP and linear auxiliary analysis system. Then in the auto distinguish and analysis, according to the LP signal pattern by each RR interval points, this paper uses the KNN algorithm, this algorithm by using Euclidean distance to calculate the distance of each point to identify each pattern.
