This study on the visitors of the Cheongdo Seedless Persimmon Festival was conducted to verify if there are differences in perception about local festival image, local attachment, and local festival outcome according to demographic characteristics, and the study results are as follows:
First, the result of verifying the hypothesis 1-1 shows that there were no differences in perception about "convenience", the subfactor of local festival image, according to demographic characteristics. The verification of the hypothesis 1-2 reveals that there were also no differences in perception about "value", the subfactor of local festival image, according to demographic characteristics. However, the verification result of the hypothesis 1-3 finds that there were differences in perception about "accessibility" and "playfulness", the subfactors of local festival image, according to demographic characteristics.
Second, the result of verifying the hypothesis 2 shows that while there were no differences in local attachment according to gender and academic background among demographic characteristics, there were differences in local attachment according to marital status and the number of visits.
Third, the result of verifying the hypothesis 3 shows that there were differences in perception about " local development outcome", the subfactor of local festival outcome, according to marital status, but there were no differences according to gender, academic background, and the number of visits. When it comes to perception about "marketing outcome", the subfactor of local festival outcome, there were no differences according to gender, marital status, and academic background, but there were differences according to the number of visits.
