The discussion on the greenhouse gas emission rights, which was hotly debated at the start of the 2000s, was weak and the crisis in the asset market has become more important than the issue of greenhouse gas emission rights after the finance crisis on 2008. Government interest rate policies or capital returns affect the price of GHG emissions. The purpose of this study is to identify the comparative advantage of GHG emission reductions by major GHG emission countries through economic and environmental factors such as capital returns and geographical damage due to GHGs. The study shows that the return of capital and the price of greenhouse gas emissions are proportional, and therefore E-Trade Platform, that raises the capital production efficiency for GHG Exchange, has a important role.
An environmental factor is that a government can not control in the short term in any way. It is a peculiar point of this study that a more important role for the activation of the greenhouse gas emission rights market is rather an increase in capital productivity.
