Ethnic minority regions being the economic un-development area of China, there exists great development gap comparing to the whole country specially the southeast coastal area. This paper executes comparative research on the comprehensive financial indicators during the period of 2007- 2009 of the whole listing of the selected companies in some important or special industries’listed companies in ethnic minority regions and southeast coastal regions, as well as the comparative analysis on the financing ability of seasoned equity financing and the creditor's rights financing of listed companies of ethnic minority area. It obtained the conclusion that the overall financial level of ethnic minority regions’companies is inferior to the southeast coastal regions, and it’s financing ability is insufficient and low, but there still exists some competitive and potential industries in ethnic minority regions. As a result, we should find out the shortage and disparity in the overall financial level including financing ability of ethnic minority regions’companies, as well as the superiority and potential superiority industries to focus on fostering and try to solve the financing difficulties in ethnic minority regions. Then, it using those above measures to motivate the vigor of ethnic minority regions’ economic, and impetus the development of ethnic minority regions’ economic and society, narrowing the gap with the southeast coastal regions, getting to achieve common and balanced development.
