The study has been performed by reviewing and citing a number of online and off line literature resources, and housing photo review. As people grow old ,their place in aging is not only a physical enclosure but also a life-time of cherished objects that support identity and delight the senses. At this time, the old population worryingly means 10 out of 100 people are old people in our society. With nutrition and health conditions and medical technology continuously improving and therefore enhancing overall health status, our lifespan became longer from 62.3 in 1971 to 77.9 in 2005, and expected to reach up to 81 in 2020., indicating it``s urgent introducing great way to start a new old life on that path We suggest that in old life in Korea, a variety of retirement places such as retirement village, town homes, and assisted living homes are established and early pre retired young old people like late 50s can start a new active adult life style. Koreans would have access to the beautiful gardens and would be able to go on outings with other residents. Then we envision a retiring place where they are able to move her possessions into the facility before they were moved in, to make the transition easier for them.
