In this study, as the importance of long-term relationship between supplier and buyer in the marine leisure sport tourism industry has been magnified, the purpose was to examine the influence of the supplier`s competence on the trust and the long-term orientation importantly perceived by the buyer. This study aims to achieve business profits by selecting another manufacturer through trading with purchasers or competent suppliers and reducing marketing cost, thereby offering a foundation to raise consumer satisfaction, and eventually to contribute to progress in academic studies on the relationship between two organizations eventually. The study result is as follows: The thesis 1, the relationship between the competence of marine leisure sports tourism goods suppliers (market information & customer support activity and brand value) and long-term orientation indicates that both factors, market information & customer support activity and brand value have a positive effect on long-term orientation. The thesis 2, the relationship between the competence of marine leisure sports tourism goods suppliers (market information & customer support activity and brand value) and trust indicates that both factors, market information & customer support activity and brand value have a positive effect on trust. The thesis 3, the control effect of trust in the positive effect on the relationship between the competence of marine leisure sports tourism goods suppliers and long-term orientation indicates that trust interaction effect has no statistical significance. Therefore, trust on the supplier`s competence has a positive effect on long-term orientation but trust variable has no control effect.
