This study aims to identify the attributes for attendees` visiting decisions factors and experience. The results are as follows. First, as the result of analyzing the factors for attendees` visiting decisions, 5 factors of 「competitors seek/relationship building」, 「acquiring information」, entertainment/friendship」, 「purchase intent」 and 「industry trends」 were derived, and experience of exhibition were found to be 6 dimensions(fun, entertainment, educational, cognitive, emotional, behavioral). Second, difference of t-test between importance-performance was that there were statistically significant difference (p<0.01) in 「competitors seek/relationship building」, 「acquiring information」, 「entertainment/friendship」, and 「purchase intent」, but were not statistically significant with 「industry trends」. Experience, on the other hand, there were also statistically significant difference (p<0.01). Third, as for quadrant I (Keep up the Good Work) in assessing the results of IPA, attributes relating to 「investigate the overall market environment」, 「purchase」, 「purchase inquiries」, 「products services」, 「acquiring know-how」, 「acquiring innovative ideas」, 「changes in everyday life」, 「have a good time」, and 「stress of everyday life」 requires sustainable attention to enhance satisfaction as key factors. Forth, as for quadrant II(concentrate here) in assessing the results of IPA, attributes relating to 「identify the latest trends」 and 「promote friendship」 requires to manage, enhance satisfaction. On the other hand, as for quadrant I (Keep up the Good Work) in assessing the results of experience, 「enrich the knowledge」, 「experiential learning opportunities」, 「very educational」, 「feeling of exciting while visiting」, 「feeling of excitement while visiting」, 「enjoyment while visiting」, 「lively feel while visiting」, 「lively feel while visiting」, and 「feel the atmosphere fun」 requires sustainable attention. Finally, as for quadrant II(concentrate here) in assessing the results of experience, attributes relating to 「fun and excitement」, 「feel a sense of physical dynamism through direct experience」, 「observation applies to lifestyle」, and 「observe changes in behavior」 requires to manage, enhance satisfaction as key factors.
