The study of the Employee of Hotel Cooperation and control of communication and organizational Trust impact on organizational effectiveness and, Employee of Hotel perceived by Organizational Trust Hotel manager communication and organizational effectiveness analysis of the impact of the relationship. Empirical analysis using the last valid sample of 341(97.1%) statistical program SPSS 14.0 was chosen by the 15 five-star hotel in Seoul. The results are as followings: First, controlled the work instruction is highly perceived organizational Trust was analyzed to be increased by mutually Trust, controlled the work instruction is highly perceived organizational Trust increased interpersonal trust and cognitive trust that was significant. Second, Employee of Hotel divide Information and communication in the cooperative and mutually Trust of high perceived organizational Trust has a positive impact analysis. And the higher the communication manager of the cooperative organizational Trust is perceived interpersonal trust was found that the higher. Third, Hotel manager communication of the impact on organizational effectiveness for the effect was mediated by mutually Trust. In other words, communication is high, but mutually Trust does not occur, organizational effectiveness can not be expected. This mutually Trust and Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a key element in explaining the can.
