The purpose of this study is to establish education system in division of tour guide and tour docents. The study establishment is listed as follow. Firstly, the interview was done to analyze the requirement of educational demand in order to understand on tourism professional human resource in present condition from tourism expertise about the human resources in tourism industry and the graduates from tourism education. Secondly, the discussion was done to establish the direction of tourism professional human resources education system with education experts in tourism and experts in tourism industry. It was examined whether the existing education in present is appropriate or not and how to reorganize it. Thirdly, the survey was done to students in tourism for a month in february in 2011 in order by telephone and emails to evaluate the education institution with several points of view. Finally, the division of education system was derived through 3 times of intensive workshop. This study suggests establishing the educational system and the policy for tour guide and tour docents in the tourism industry.
