The purpose of this study is to establish an online education system for the training of cultural tourism professionals. Using literature analysis, interviews with tourism professionals, questionnaires, and expert consultations, this study proposes a more inclusive online tourism education system, which targets not only those who want to work in the field, but also those already working within it. We also suggest dividing the cultural tourism courses into two: a planning basic job course and a basic course. The educational system for training tourism professionals as recommended by this research includes the following policy suggestions: First, in order to incorporate these suggestions on a full scale, the training program`s curriculum and instructors should be arranged based on the detailed research of manpower supply and demand. Second, the development of the program should be established in a networking alliance with related industry organizations. Third, there is a correlation between the education training fee and the quality of said education. Finally, developing tools to properly analyze the course, evaluation methods, and evaluation indexes are essential to managing the program`s outcome.
