The purpose of this study was to identify a causal model for job resources, job embeddedness, and job burnout among hotel japanese cooking employee using structural equation modeling. The hotel japanese cooking employee were recruited from in the Seoul metropolitan area by using a convenience sampling method. A total 350 questionnaires were collected, and of those, 312 were used; 24 untruthful questionnaires were excluded. The data were recorded and analyzed using SPSS 18.0. The AMOS 18.0 statistical computer package was used to do an confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The findings of the current study indicates that the research model with structural equation modeling fits the job resources, job embeddedness, and job burnout. Moreover, the five research hypotheses were accepted and its results are the following. First, there was a significant causal relationship between job resources and job embeddedness. This result indicates that job embeddedness increases as job resources increases. Second, job embeddedness has a significant influence on job burnout. This means job burnout decreases as job embeddedness increases. Third, job resources significantly influences job burnout. This means job burnout decreases as job resources increases.
