The youth unemployment is a big issue recently. But a number of small and medium sized companies have a difficulty to find the qualified employees. So the people start to be interested in the decent work. This study is focused on analyzing the quality of employment of hospitality firms and suggest the desirable management way to the managers. To achieve this purpose we used five variables, a working condition, a working stability, wages and benefits, the equality chance of training and employment and the labor-management relationship. As a result of analysis, there were the significant difference between the quality of employment of hospitality firms and manufacturing firms. The monthly regular working time of hospitality firms was longer than manufacturing firms but the monthly regular salary and the yearly special salary were less than them. And also the regular employee rate of hospitality firms was very low and the average working period of them was shorter than manufacturing firms. It might be very careful to generalize this result for all hospitality firms but it could be helpful for the employment management.
