The purpose of this study is to find out effects of education and training participation motivaion of casino employees on job satisfaction and organization commitment. For the above purpose, 501 questionnaires were used in the analysis. And this study applied exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis for hypotheses’s test. In conclusion, the findings of this study are as follows, the results of this study are as follow: First, education and training participation motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction had a significant effect on organizationcommitment. Third, Education and training participation motivation had a significant effect on organization commitment. Therefore, the person in charge of education and training for human resource development should consider employees’ participation motivation for building up job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
