Current study aims to find out the determinants of international tourism demand from Russia to Korea. Tourist arrivals were used as a dependent variable, while income(industrial production index), relative prices(CPI) and exchange rates were used as independent variables with two dummy variables(i.e., the legalization of medical treatment for foreign tourists in 2010 and the introduction of Korea-Russia visa-free travel in 2014). After unit root tests, linear regression model with autoregressive errors, as econometrics models, were used to estimate the coefficients influencing the tourism demand. The results of present research revealed that the coefficients of income and relative prices were insignificant, while the coefficient of exchange rate was statistically significant. For dummy variables, only the visa-free travel between Korea and Russia appeared to be significant. Therefore, the Korean government needs to simplify the visa exemption process while minimizing the negative socio - cultural effects of the visa exemption in order to increase the number of Russian inbound tourists.
